1. HERE’S HOW TO ENTER: Hand print your name, complete street address and phone number on an official entry form or a plain piece of 3½ x 5 inch paper. Deposit completed entry into ballot box at participating restaurants. Enter as often as you like, but limit one entry per restaurant visit. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries. All entries must be deposited/received by close of business on FRIDAY DECEMBER 16, 2022.
2. PRIZES: One (1) Prize will be awarded in each restaurant consisting of a Giant 8-foot Holiday Stocking. Each Prize includes but is not limited to, a FROZEN hair accessory set, SPACE JAM figure, FROZEN erasers, LICENSED stationary set, JOJO stickers, FANCY NANCY tote bag, STAR WARS puzzle, FROZEN 2 splash match, MATCHBOX cars, TROLL sticker set, assorted play and go packs, MIRACULOUS LADYBUG puzzle, LOL OMG puzzle, DESPICABLE ME basketball, STAR WARS PUZZLE, and PAW PATROL chalk set. Specific prize details may vary. Approximate retail value is $100.
3. DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at each restaurant. Drawing will be held at each restaurant on or about DECEMBER 17, 2022 and will be conducted by the participating store manager whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received at each restaurant. Prize will be awarded.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the U.S residing in one of the following States: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Ohio, Indiana, and Michigan. Employees of participating restaurants, Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies and immediate family members of such employees (parent, child, sibling, spouse) and persons living within the same household as such employees (whether related or not) are not eligible to win. If potential prize winner is a minor, prize may be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household.
5. GENERAL TERMS: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of the prize to a third party permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any difference between stated approximate value of prize and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. If applicable, prize winner will be solely responsible for paying all federal, state and local taxes on prize. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these official rules to its members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES: Potential winner will be notified by mail and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/ Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release on or before the due date indicated in the notification letter. All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release participating restaurants, Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers, their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies from any and all liability for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in or traveling to or from any prize related activity or any typographical or other error in the Official Rules or the offering and announcement of prizes. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner will be forfeited. Pepsi-Cola Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded. All travel and transportation costs, if any, associated with accepting and/or collecting the prize are the responsibility of winner. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the prize after it has been delivered. Winner must consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Pepsi-Cola Company, except in TN and where prohibited by law.
