ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS OF THE 48 CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR D.C., 18 YEARS OR OLDER
THROUGHOUT THE PROMOTION PERIOD. THE GAME SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO
NEW YORK LAW.
GAME BEGINS 1/16/12 AND ENDS THE EARLIER OF 3/9/12 OR WHEN SUPPLIES EXHAUST.
1. This promotion is offered January 16, 2012 through March 9, 2012 or until supply of winning stickers/game pieces is exhausted,
whichever occurs first. This promotion is offered only on 20 oz. bottles, 16 oz. or 12 oz. cans of products from the makers of Pepsi®
contained in vending machines marked with these Official Rules.
2. No Purchase Necessary. To receive one free game piece without purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Win a T-Shirt
Vending Game, Pepsi Fulfillment Center, P. O. Box 788, Eagle River, WI 54521. Game piece request must be postmarked by
March 9, 2012 and received by March 16, 2012. Limit one request per hand-addressed stamped envelope and one free game piece
per request. Residents of VT may omit return postage. Redemption information will accompany all responses to game piece
requests. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible,
incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail requests.
3. If your bottle or can has an Instant Winner sticker, then you've won the following prize subject to verification:

Chances of winning and the number of prizes available to be won decrease as prizes are awarded throughout the promotion. Odds
may vary depending upon the number of bottles/cans sold through participating Vending Machines during the promotion period.
4. ONLY WINNING BOTTLES WILL BE STICKERED. To redeem your prize, send your winning sticker or game piece (each a
“game piece”) along with a 3 x 5 inch card printed with your name, age, address and your daytime phone number to the address
provided on the winning game piece. Prize claim instructions will only be disclosed on the potentially winning game piece, and will not
be disclosed through any other means. All prize claims must be postmarked by March 23, 2012 and received by March 30, 2012.
All prize claims received after March 30, 2012 are void. Unclaimed prizes as of March 30, 2012 will not be awarded. No
responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected or postage-due mail.
5. Game open to legal U.S. residents of the 48 Contiguous States of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of
age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pepsi Beverages Company, PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company, and each of their
respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, bottlers, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional or judging agencies
and the immediate family members or persons living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to win. Limit one prize
per name, address and/or household. All taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the prize recipient. Prizes cannot be
substituted, transferred to a third party or redeemed for cash value. Any portion of any prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited.
Upon forfeiture for any reason, no compensation will be given. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability
release before prize is awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value in the event the published
prize becomes unavailable. No more than the stated number of prizes in these Official Rules will be awarded, and if at any time
Sponsor in its sole discretion, determines that more verified prize claims have been received than the number of prizes offered in any
category, then Sponsor may suspend prize awards for that category until the end of the promotion, and any remaining prizes for that
category up to the total listed may be awarded via a random drawing from among all persons who have submitted a verified prize
claim for that category after prize awards were suspended.
6. Geographic Area: Game bottles are available in vending machines marked with these Official Rules in Illinois.
7. All participants, as a condition of participation, agree to release Pepsi Beverages Company, PepsiCo, Inc., Pepsi-Cola Company and
each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, bottlers, suppliers, distributors and agencies from any and all
liability for injuries or damages received in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while involved in any game related
activity.
8. Allow 8 – 10 weeks for delivery of prize following verification. All potentially winning materials submitted for redemption are subject to
verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor whose decisions are final and binding. Game stickers/game pieces will be rejected if
illegible forged, traded, bartered, altered, mutilated, photocopied, or otherwise irregular and liability for such game pieces is solely
limited to the replacement of the sticker with another game piece. Game stickers/game pieces will also be void if defective or if they
contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used.
9. Game ends on the earlier of March 9, 2012 or when the supply of specially marked game stickers has been exhausted.
