1. HOW IT WORKS: When you purchase a 20 oz. Pepsi-Cola beverage from a specially marked vending machine, you may receive a winning game piece. Mail these items to the address on the game piece, and you will receive one (1) T-Shirt. Estimated retail value $10.00.  Limit one (1) T-shirt per stamped outer envelope, per household, per name and per address during the Promotion Period. If you do not receive a winning game piece, you are not a winner. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY and no entry fee, payment or proof of purchase necessary to participate. To enter without purchase, hand print your name, address, daytime phone number and zip code on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper and mail, in a hand-addressed envelope, with first-class postage affixed, to: Pepsi Fulfillment center PO box 588 Eagle River, WI 54421. Each request must be mailed separately in a hand addressed envelope.  Limit one request per stamped outer envelope. Requests must be postmarked by 1/15/2012 received by1/30/2012. Only instant winners will receive a response. Residents of VT may omit return postage. 3. GENERAL RULES: Game starts on or about 01/01/2011 and will be generally available in specially marked vending machines until 12/31/2011, or while supplies last. Game open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. throughout the Promotion Period. Employees of Pepsi-Cola, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the families of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner; if applicable, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the retail value of the prize.  All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, mutilated or illegible mail. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited.  Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and decisions of judges which are final, and to release sponsor and its licensed bottlers from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any type-graphical or other error in these Official Rules or in the arising from playing this vending machine game. Except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law, winners grant Sponsor the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known or hereinafter known the winner’s name, address, voice, statement, picture or other likeness, without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor.

4.  TO CLAIM INSTANT WIN PRIZES:  To claim an instant win prize, follow the special prize claim instructions printed on the potentially winning game piece necessary for proper redemption.  Prize claim instructions will only be disclosed on the potentially winning game piece, and will not be disclosed through any other means.  When following prize claim instructions, potential winner will be advised of a unique mailing address to which the potentially winning game piece must be mailed (for verification purposes) via Certified mail, Return Receipt Requested, postmarked no later than 1/30/ 2012.  Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery; proof of delivery does not constitute proof of a winning submission.  You are not a winner until your game piece has been timely received and verified in accordance with these Official Rules.
