PEPSI /SODEXO “SUPER BOWL PARTY KIT” - OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS DECEMBER 1, 2011 AND ENDS JANUARY 15, 2012 (THE “SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. THERE ARE TWO WAYS TO ENTER: (1.) Purchase any size of the following Pepsi-Frito Combo Meal, including Frito-Lay® LSS products and any 32 oz Pepsi-Cola fountain beverage or 20 oz Pepsi-Cola bottled beverage (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Products”), at a participating Sodexo location, and receive a frequency card which includes an entry form. (Not all Participating Products available at all locations.) Every time you purchase a Participating Product during the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive one (1) stamp on your frequency card. Fill up your frequency card with six (6) stamps and hand print your name, date of birth, complete street address and daytime phone number on the frequency card (“Entry Form”). Mail completed entry and fully-stamped frequency card to “Pepsi/ Sodexo Superbowl” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 516, Eagle River, WI 54521. (2.) You may also enter without purchase by mail. To enter without purchase, hand print your name, date of birth, complete street address and daytime phone number on a 3 ½ x 5 inch piece of paper and mail it to the address above. All entries must be received by January 15, 2012 to be eligible for the drawing. Enter as often as you like, but each entry must be mailed separately in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries accepted. No responsibility is assumed by Pepsi-Cola Company ("Sponsor") for lost, late, illegible or misdirected entries. 2. PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of one (1) Samsung 46” 1080p HDTV. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $750. One (1) Franklin Sports 6-in-1 Table Top Game Center. ARV: $170. One (1) Flip UltraHD Video Camera – 8gb. ARV: $160. One (1) case of Doritos® Tortilla Chips Nacho Cheese (LSS size). ARV: $30.00.
3. DRAWING: Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about February 1, 2012 by an independent judging organization whose decisions shall be final. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the United States residing in the fifty United States and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sodexo, Frito-Lay North America, Pepsi-Cola Company and its bottlers and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, distributors, suppliers and advertising, promotional or judging agencies (collectively, "Sponsor and Promotion Parties”) and immediate family members of such employees and persons living in the same household as such employees are not eligible to win. You must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Limit one prize per name, address and/or household.
5. GENERAL: No substitution of prize is offered, no transfer of prize to a third party is permitted and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value, except as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Mail received without a verifiable and legible return address may not be accepted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Prize winner will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes; if applicable, winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the prize retail value. No groups, clubs or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to its members. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential prize winners will be notified by phone or mail at the telephone number or address indicated on their Entry Form. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release with (where lawful) a publicity release within fourteen (14) days of the date on the notification letter. If any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, or if mail is returned to Sponsor as undeliverable mail without a forwarding address, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion. Any portion of a prize not accepted by winner shall be forfeited. If applicable, allow eight (8) to ten (10) weeks for delivery of prize following completion of notification process. Prizes will only be delivered to addresses within the United States.
7. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or in the announcement or offering of any prize. Sponsor makes no representation or warranty of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize. Winner bears all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. Upon request, winners must consent (and confirm such consent in writing) to the use of their name, voice, picture or other likeness without compensation for promotional purposes in all media as determined by Sponsor, except for residents of TN and where prohibited by law.
8. WINNERS' LIST: For a list of the major prize winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope before January 15, 2012 to Winners List Request “Pepsi/ Sodexo Superbowl” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 516, Eagle River, WI 54521.
